Strawberry Lemonade Recipe
Although the weather in Ankara pretends to deny that we are in the summer season, today I will give you a recipe worthy of the glory of May. Strawberry is a fruit that we all love, we also love lemonade. Then why not bring both of these together in the same recipe, right?
Based on this idea, I tried this recipe, which I often see on foreign blogs, by adapting it to my own taste. I was very satisfied with the result. Since foreigners do not have many problems such as winter preparation, I have not seen such an application like us, but an idea came to my mind while preparing this recipe.
How to use strawberry sauce?
Strawberry recipes can be made in the winter season by freezing the strawberry sauce we prepared to make the lemonade in ice molds. For example, when the ice cubes are melted, a small amount of starch is added and boiled, it makes a wonderful strawberry sauce.
When you taste it while preparing the sauce, you will understand much better what I mean. It smells so good and tastes so good that you can't stop eating it. I say you should definitely try such delicious flavors these days when strawberries are the most delicious and plentiful.
I think making strawberry lemonade is even easier than the lemonade recipe. Since we want to benefit from the aroma of the shells in lemonade, we have to wait a bit. Strawberry lemonade takes a very short time to prepare because the focus of flavor is on the strawberry and we don't have to wait for the strawberry to taste.
Strawberry lemonade has a sedimentary texture because the strawberries are pureed and used as such. Therefore, it is useful to mix it while serving. If you want the residue to decrease, after preparing the puree, you can get rid of the seeds and large pieces of strawberries by straining them with a fine strainer, but I think this process is not necessary because they make the lemonade feel like real lemonade with real strawberries.

Strawberry Lemonade Recipe with Video
Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries,
- 4 lemons,
- 1,5 cups granulated sugar,
- 4-5 cups water.
Preparation
- Wash and drain the strawberries,
- Remove the stalks and place into a large bowl,
- Add into the sugar and 1 cup of water,
- Pulse with a blender until smooth,
- Add water according to your taste,
- Serve cold.
