Stale Bread Borek Stale Bread Borek


  • 1 loaf of stale bread,
  • 200 g grated parmesan,
  • 200 g feta cheese,
  • 1,5 cups milk,
  • 2 eggs.


  1. Spray an ovenware with vegetable oil,
  2. Chop the bread,
  3. Place half of it in the ovenware,
  4. Cover the top with all of the feta cheese and half of the parmesan cheese,
  5. Place the remaining half of the bread and and remaining parmesan on top,
  6. Scramble the  eggs with milk,
  7. Pour the mixture all over the dish,
  8. Wait for 10 minutes for breads to absorb the liquid,
  9. Bake at 190 C degrees until golden.
