Sautéed Celeriac Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 600 g celeriac,
- 1 onion,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 tomato,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 4 tbsps of olive oil,
- 1 cup of boiling water,
- Dried thyme,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and sauté until translucent,
- Add in the tomato paste and stir fry for a few seconds,
- Add diced celeriac and chopped carrot and stir fry for a few minutes,
- Add into the grated tomato and cook for a few minutes more
- Add the water, cover and cook until tender,
- Add thyme and salt, stir and remove from heat.
