Baked Salmon Stew Recipe Baked Salmon Stew Recipe


  • 400 gr salmon fillets,
  • 300 gr mushrooms,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 green peppers,
  • 3 tomatoes,
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas,
  • 1/2 cup cooked carrots cut into cubes,
  • 1/4 cup olive oil,
  • Salt,
  • Black pepper.


  1. Cut the salmon into cubes and place in the casserole dish (remove any skin),
  2. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on top and bake at 200 degrees celsius,
  3. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil until translucent,
  4. Add the diced peppers and stir for 2-3 mins,
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened,
  6. Finally add the peeled and diced tomato and cook for 5 more mins, occasionally stirring,
  7. Remove the salmon from oven when softened and add the vegetable mixture into the casserole dish,
  8. Add more salt and stir everything really well, 
  9. Put back to the oven and bake for 20-25 mins or until everything is fully cooked.
