Pasta Bolognese Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 250 gr. pasta,
  • 200 gr. ground beef,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 1/4 cup olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
  • 2 teaspoons paprika,
  • Black pepper,
  • Salt.

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and drain,
  2. Finely chop the onion,
  3. Heat the oil,
  4. Add in the onion and sauté until translucent,
  5. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 2 mins,
  6. Add in the paprika and stir,
  7. Now add the ground beef and cook (breaking the meat into smaller pieces) until light brown,
  8. Add in the peeled and diced tomatoes and cook on medium heat until the tomatoes fully soften and start falling apart,
  9. Season with salt and black pepper, stir and remove from heat,
  10. Serve on or fully mixed with pasta.
