Pasta Bolognese Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 250 gr. pasta,
- 200 gr. ground beef,
- 1 onion,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1/4 cup olive oil,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 2 teaspoons paprika,
- Black pepper,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Boil the pasta in salted water and drain,
- Finely chop the onion,
- Heat the oil,
- Add in the onion and sauté until translucent,
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 2 mins,
- Add in the paprika and stir,
- Now add the ground beef and cook (breaking the meat into smaller pieces) until light brown,
- Add in the peeled and diced tomatoes and cook on medium heat until the tomatoes fully soften and start falling apart,
- Season with salt and black pepper, stir and remove from heat,
- Serve on or fully mixed with pasta.
