Mushroom Casserole Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 800 g mushrooms, chopped,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 1 green pepper, chopped,
- 2 tomatoes, peeld and diced,
- 1 tbsp tomato paste,
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil,
- 1 cup grated mozzarella or parmesan,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large pan,
- Add onions and cook until tender,
- Add green pepper and cook, constantly stirring for 1-2 mins.,
- Add tomato paste and cook until smells well,
- Add mushrooms, cook in high heat until they dissolves their juice and the juice evaporates,
- Add tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins.,
- Add salt and pepper, stir and remove from heat,
- Pour the dish into four baking casseroles,
- Top with grated cheese,
- Bake in 190 C degrees pre-heated oven until the cheese melts.
