Mushroom Casserole Recipe


  • 400 g mushrooms, chopped,
  • 1 onion, chopped,
  • 1 green pepper, chopped,
  • 2 tomatoes, peeld and diced,
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste,
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil,
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella or parmesan,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


  1. Heat oil in a large pan,
  2. Add onions and cook until tender,
  3. Add green pepper and cook, constantly stirring for 1-2 mins.,
  4. Add tomato paste and cook until smells well,
  5. Add mushrooms, cook in high heat until they dissolves their juice and the juice evaporates,
  6. Add tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins.,
  7. Add salt and pepper, stir and remove from heat,
  8. Pour the dish into a 15 cm casserole,
  9. Top with grated cheese,
  10. Bake in 190 C degrees pre-heated oven until the cheese melts.
