Mint Sherbet Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
- 1 bunch of fresh mint,
- 1 cup sugar,
- 5 cups water,
- Half a lemon,
- Green food colorant (optional).
- Remove the leaves of the mint and take into a deep bowl,
- Add into the sugar, grated peels and juice of the lemon,
- Rub with your hand until the mints are smashed,
- Add 5 cups of water, stir until the sugar dissolves,
- Cover with a plastic wrap, set aside for 30 mins.,
- Strain using a fine sieve, take into a glass pitcher,
- Serve cold.
