Fried Green Peppers With Yoghurt Sauce
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 9-10 green / red bell peppers,
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
- 1 tomato,
- 1 cup yoghurt,
- 2 cloves garlic,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Cut the peppers into strips,
- Heat the oil in a skillet, add in the peppers and stir,
- Cook on low heat lid on until the peppers are softened,
- Remove the peppers from the oil using a ladle strainer and place on a serving platter, then sprinkle on some salt,
- Peel and chop the tomato, then place in the same skillet along with a pinch of salt,
- Cook on low heat for 10 mins,
- Crush the garlic and stir well with yoghurt,
- Pour the yoghurt mixture over the peppers,
- Then top with sautéed tomato.
