Chicken Noodle Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 300 gr. noodles,
- 1 chicken breast,
- 1 onion,
- 1 green pepper,
- 1 tomato,
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste,
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
- 1/2 cup water,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion, pepper and tomato, and cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces,
- Heat the oil and cook the onion and pepper on medium heat until softened,
- Add the chicken and cook until browned,
- Add the tomato paste and stir for 2 mins,
- Add the tomato and cook until it absorbs all the water it initially releases,
- Add 1/2 cup water and salt, then cook on low heat for 5-10 mins,
- In the meantime boil and drain the noodles according to the package instructions,
- Serve with the cooked chicken sauce.
