- 1 whole chicken breast,
- 1 egg,
- 1/2 tea spoon salt,
- 1/2 tea spoon pepper flakes,
- 1/2 tea spoon thyme,
- 1 cup of panko bread,
- Oil for frying.
- Beat egg, salt, thyme and crushed pepper in a bowl,
- Chop the chickens in long strips,
- Add the chickens into the marinade and set aside in the fridge for 15 mins.,
- Heat oil in a large pan,
- Cover the chickens with panko bread and fry in the pan.
