- 4 mid-sized carrots,
- 1 hanful of choped parsley,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 2 tbsps olive oil,
- 2 tbsp pommegranate molasses,
- 1/2 tsp cumin,
- Salt to taste.
- Wash and peel carrots,
- Grate with the wide side of the grater,
- Chop garlic cloves and add into grated carrots,
- Add olive oil, pommeganate molasses, salt, cumin and parsley and combine well.
