Carrot Salad Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 4 mid-sized carrots,
- 1 handful of chopped parsley,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 2 tbsps olive oil,
- 2 tbsp lemon juice,
- 1/2 tsp cumin,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Wash and peel carrots,
- Grate with the wide side of the grater,
- Chop garlic clove and add into grated carrots,
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, cumin and parsley and combine well.
