Cacao Hazelnut Honeymoon Cookies Recipe
I chose a very practical cookie recipe for today. In my eyes, the practical recipe is a recipe that one can get up and eat right away when they want to eat something. That's why I can say that this recipe is a really practical one.
How is it Shaped?
What I use to shape is not an ice cream spoon. There is a tool that is half of an ice cream scoop, maybe even smaller than half, looks like an ice cream scoop, sold as a cookie dough scoop. I specifically mention this because if you think that I use an ice cream scoop and try to do it with it, the result will not be the same. Since the cookies will be very large when you make them with an ice cream spoon, they will not be fully baked in the time I specified, and they will remain wet. The peculiarity of this cookie is that both the outside and the inside are dispersible in the mouth. This is possible by cooking all sides equally. It also needs to be small in size to cook evenly.
By the way, another thing you should pay attention to is that you ground the other ingredients together with the hazelnut very very well, making them really liquid. How do hazelnuts become liquid? If you do, be sure to watch the homemade nutella video. If the bowl of the blender you use is large, no matter how much you blend, the grain will remain. After you get this granular mixture, you can take it into another container and continue with a hand blender.
