Beef Quesadilla Recipe

Serving : 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 200 g tenderloin steak,
  • 1 onion, cut half moon shaped,
  • 10 mushrooms, chopped,
  • 2 red peppers, chopped,
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese,
  • 3 tablespoons oil,
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper,
  • Two tortillas.

Preparation

  1. Cut the steak in strips,
  2. Heat oil in a large pan and add into the steak, saute until changes color,
  3. Add into the onions and sautee for 2-3 mins.,
  4. Add mushrooms and peppers and saute until tender,
  5. Cover the lid and cook 10 min. more,
  6. Add teriyaki sauce, salt and peppe, stir and remove from the fire,
  7. Place half of the mixture in half of a tortillas and place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on it and fold the other half,
  8. Prepare the other tortilla in the same way,
  9. Take the quesadillas into a large pan and heat both sides for 3 mins. each,
  10. Cut rhe quesadillas into half while serving.
