Beef Quesadilla Recipe
Serving : 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 200 g tenderloin steak,
- 1 onion, cut half moon shaped,
- 10 mushrooms, chopped,
- 2 red peppers, chopped,
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese,
- 3 tablespoons oil,
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 1/4 tsp black pepper,
- Two tortillas.
Preparation
- Cut the steak in strips,
- Heat oil in a large pan and add into the steak, saute until changes color,
- Add into the onions and sautee for 2-3 mins.,
- Add mushrooms and peppers and saute until tender,
- Cover the lid and cook 10 min. more,
- Add teriyaki sauce, salt and peppe, stir and remove from the fire,
- Place half of the mixture in half of a tortillas and place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on it and fold the other half,
- Prepare the other tortilla in the same way,
- Take the quesadillas into a large pan and heat both sides for 3 mins. each,
- Cut rhe quesadillas into half while serving.
