Baked Mushroom Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 g macaroni of any kind,
 - 400 g mushrooms, chopped,
 - 1 tbsp butter,
 - 1 tbsp flour,
 - 2,5 cups milk,
 - 2 cups grated cheese which can melt (such as mozzarella, gouda, parmesan, edam, etc),
 - Salt and pepper to taste.
 
Preparation
- Cook pasta al dente (not over-cooked) in boiling water,
 - Cook mushrooms in a large pan, without any addition, until its juice is evaporated,
 - For sauce heat butter in a different pan,
 - Add flour and cook, stirring, for a few mins.,
 - Remove the pan from heat and set aside for 2-3 mins.,
 - Then add milk and stir fast,
 - Stir until no lumps,
 - Put back on the heat and add cheese,
 - Cook until cheese melts,
 - Add salt and pepper and remove from heat,
 - Drain pasta and transfer into a baking pan,
 - Add suteed mushrooms and combine,
 - Pour the sauce over,
 - Bake in a 190 C degrees in grill setting until golden on top,
 - Remove from oven, set aside for 10 mins then serve.
