Baked Chicken Tigh Recipe Baked Chicken Tigh Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs,
  • 4 medium potatoes,
  • 1/4 cup olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
  • 2 teaspoons paprika,
  • 2-3 cups hot water,
  • Black pepper,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into rectangles,
  2. Place the potatoes along with the chicken thighs on a small baking dish,
  3. Add the olive oil and mix with your hands making sure that the potatoes and chicken are well oiled,
  4. Bake in a 230 degrees Celsius oven until the potatoes and chicken are soft (about 30-35 mins),
  5. In a separate bowl stir together water, tomato paste, paprika, black pepper and salt,
  6. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and chicken and place back into the oven,
  7. Bake for 10-15 more mins.
