  • Potatoes as many as you want,
  • Water to boil,
  • Black pepper,
  • Salt,
  • Olive oil.

How to make steps

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft,
  2. Take them into a tray covered with greaseproof paper,
  3. Smash the potatoes without breaking them with the help of a potato masher,
  4. Drizzle olive oil on them,
  5. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper,
  6. Bake in a 220 C degrees preheated oven until the edges begin to brown.
