Dried Mint Crutons Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Stale bread,
  • Olive oil,
  • Mint.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the bread into small cubes and let them rest uncovered for 2-3 hours to dry out,
  2. In a large frying pan, heat some olive oil and add the dried mint,
  3. Cook over medium heat for 1 min and add the bread cubes,
  4. Stir well to coat the bread cubes with mint infused oil and keep cooking for 1-2 minutes or until the bread turns golden brown.
