Dried Mint Crutons Recipe
I made this to garnish zucchini soup. Since I like zucchini and mint very well, I didn't use any other spice than mint, but you can diversify it by using different spices for different soups as you wish. I made it in the pan, you can also make it in the oven. Apart from your soups, it is a recipe that you can also use to increase the satiety of your salads.
