Cheesecake Brownie Recipe

Serving : 6-8 Servings

Ingredients

For brownie;

  • 3 tablespoons butter,
  • 120 gr. bitter sweet chocolate,
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 cup all purpose flour,
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder,
  • 1 pinch salt,
  • 25 gr. vanilla powder,
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

For cheesecake;

  • 200 gr. cream cheese,
  • 1 egg yolk,
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar,
  • 25 gr. vanilla.

Preparation

  1. For the brownie, melt the butter and 120 gr. chocolate in the microwave,
  2. Cream together the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl,
  3. Add the cooled melted chocolate into the eggs and whisk,
  4. Add the flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla and stir until you get a smooth batter,
  5. Add the chocolate chips and stir,
  6. For the cheesecake, mix together all the ingredients in a bowl until the sugar dissolves,
  7. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and grease with butter,
  8. Pour the brownie batter into the dish and flatten out,
  9. Pour the cheesecake batter on top and flatten,
  10. Bake at 190 degrees celsius until the top is set and turns slightly golden.
