Cheesecake Brownie Recipe
Serving : 6-8 Servings
Ingredients
For brownie;
- 3 tablespoons butter,
- 120 gr. bitter sweet chocolate,
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 cup all purpose flour,
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder,
- 1 pinch salt,
- 25 gr. vanilla powder,
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
For cheesecake;
- 200 gr. cream cheese,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar,
- 25 gr. vanilla.
Preparation
- For the brownie, melt the butter and 120 gr. chocolate in the microwave,
- Cream together the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl,
- Add the cooled melted chocolate into the eggs and whisk,
- Add the flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla and stir until you get a smooth batter,
- Add the chocolate chips and stir,
- For the cheesecake, mix together all the ingredients in a bowl until the sugar dissolves,
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and grease with butter,
- Pour the brownie batter into the dish and flatten out,
- Pour the cheesecake batter on top and flatten,
- Bake at 190 degrees celsius until the top is set and turns slightly golden.
