Cauliflower Kofte Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 g cauliflower,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs,
  • 2 tbsps flour,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper,
  • Cumin,
  • Vegetable oil to fry.

Preparation:

  1. Take cauliflower into a pot,
  2. Add two cups of water and cook until tender, drain and set aside to cool down,
  3. Mash with a fork or potato masher,
  4. Add eggs, breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper and cumin, mix well,
  5. Heat oil in a large pan,
  6. Take small pieces from the dough and flatten with your hands,
  7. Fry the koftes in both sides,
  8. Serve plain or with garlic yogurt sauce.
