Baked Potatoes With Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 3 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into large cubes,
  2. Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl along with olive oil, salt and rosemary leaves, then mix everything with your hands,
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking dish lined with parchment paper on a single layer,
  4. Bake at 220 degrees celsius until golden brown.
