- 4-5 potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil,
- 3 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves,
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into large cubes,
- Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl along with olive oil, salt and rosemary leaves, then mix everything with your hands,
- Place the potatoes on a baking dish lined with parchment paper on a single layer,
- Bake at 220 degrees celsius until golden brown.
