Avocado Red Bean Salad Recipe
Serving : 2-4 Servings
Ingredients
- 200 g canned red beans,
- 1 avocado,
- 1 small onion,
- 3 roasted red peppers,
- 1 cucumber,
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts,
- 1 handful of chopped dill,
- 1 handful of chopped fresh mint,
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes,
- Olive oil,
- Salt,
- Lemon juice.
Preparation
- Peel the avocado and onion and chop,
- Chop roasted peppers and cucumber,
- Combine all the ingredients into a bowl,
- Sprinkle with salt, drizzle olive oil and lemon juice and mix well.
