Creamy Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli, chopped,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 1 carrot, cut into cubes,
- 1 cup canned chickpeas,
- 1/2 cup heavy cream,
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and add onions,
- Saute for a few mins.,
- Add carrots and saute a mins. more,
- Add broccoli and stir well,
- Cover the lid and cook until tender,
- Add heavy cream, chickpeas and salt, cook for a few mins. more, then remove from heat.
