Semolina Kofta Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef,
- 1 egg,
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated,
- 3 tbsp semolina,
- 1 tsp pepper,
- 1 tsp cumin,
- Salt to taste,
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying.
Preparation
- In a deep bowl combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, semolina, cumin and salt together,
- Knead until well mixed,
- Make balla shaped koftas with your hands and press to flatten,
- Heat oil in a large pan,
- Fry both sides of koftas,
- Serve hot.
