Easy Spinach Borek Recipe with Video
Serving : 6-8 Servings
Ingredients
- 3 sheets of yufka,
- 500 g spinach,
- 1 onion,
- 3 eggs,
- 3/4 cup milk,
- 1/2 cups + 4 tbsps of vegetable oil,
- 250 g cottage cheese or crumbled Turkish breakfast cheese.
Preparation
- Heat 4 tbsps of oil in a large pan,
- Add into chopped onion and cook until translucent,
- Add into spinach and cook until tender,
- Whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil and milk,
- Add the cheese and spinach mixture and stir well,
- Cut the yufkas into small pieces and add them to the mixture, then stir well,
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish,
- Bake at 180 C degrees until the top is golden brown.
