Pistachio Muosaic Muffin Recipe

 

Pistachio Muosaic Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 3/4 cup sugar,
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 2.5 cups flour,
  • 25 gr vanilla powder,
  • 25 gr baking powder,
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa,
  • 1 tablespoon powdered pistachios.

Preparation:

  1. Combine eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat well,
  2. Stir in milk and vegetable oil,
  3. Combine flour, baking powder and vanilla in a medium sized bowl,
  4. Lightly fold the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat well,
  5. Take half of the mixture into a separate bowl and add pistachios,
  6. Add cocoa to the remaining mixture and stir,
  7. Spoon the batter to the muffin tins respectively,
  8. First put A spoon of cacao mixture and than a spoon of pistachio mixture into the tins,
  9. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
