- 6 any kind of biscuits,
- 1 tbsp milk,
- 200 g saltless cream cheese,
- 2 tbsp honey,
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice,
- 3 fresh apricots (or any fruits you deserve).
- Pulse biscuits finely,
- Add milk and mix together,
- Put the mixture into two serving cups,
- In a different bowl mix cream cheese, honey and lemon together,
- Pour the mixture into cups,
- Chop and place the fruits on top.
